+Kingsley Idehen +Lamont Dozier, Jr. I had very recently a discussion over G+'s name policy which turned into a 60 response multi-page affair that was at some times very heated, and others civil. ;-)

But at the end of it, it did seem that there is a disconnect between how engrossed the actual users of G+ are with this issue and those who are truly affected in a negative way by it.

I still think the contingent, although vocal, and comprised of many celebrities and media personalities, it rather small. I don't think the majority of G+ers feel handicapped for the policy or feel as though the people affected by are without real alternative, which aren't necessarily just to leave G+.
