Declarative query language for performing Create, Read, Update, and Delete operations on data represented as relational tables and/or RDF statement -- also known colloquially referred to as relational property (predicate) graphs. This query language enables incorporation of SPARQL queries into SQL queries via the SQL WHERE CLAUSE.
