  • The set includes the comforter and also 2 pillow shams and 2 decorative pillows. The background is white. The design is flowers on their stems, but not solid , more like colors in relief in tones of yellow blue and pale lilac. The overall effect is very light,airy, and soft. The two extra pillows are in the purple and white colors. I think this is perfect as a summer comforter set/ It is 100 percent polyester with polyester batting. It is not super heavy so if you live in a cold climate this may not suit in the winter. Here in the south this is perfect year round. It is pretty without being too frilly . Because of the paleness of the colors it would look good with any of the accent colors-blue, yellow , grey , pale lilac or white. This would be great in a farmhouse setting too or a summer cottage. I like the weight and the design is just fun.
