foaf:OnlineAccount's can have an accountName, but plenty of services use an account identifier internally that is not the same as the public account name: for instance, Twitter uses a nickname and a user_id property. Facebook now assigns usernames as well as internal identification numbers. Google's various services assign a unique identifier so that people are not revealing their e-mail address or username. This property is for these kind of identifiers.
